What creates the software or acquisition cost?

No monthly subscription or lead fee. Your first $5,000 in eligible online payments has no FieldWorks fee. After that, approved founding businesses get the full 2.5% founding period before moving to 5%; other businesses move directly to 5%. Project and monthly caps may lower either fee. Square fees are separate.

Tiered subscription plans include different feature and user allowances; optional add-ons and extra users can add cost. Payment processing terms are separate.

Where does a new request begin?

Customers can discover an eligible public provider profile or use a provider's reusable QR code; supported iPhones can open the App Clip request entry.

Online Booking can publish enabled services and pricing forms, collect details, and place jobs or estimates into the business workflow.

How does the customer review, approve, or pay?

The FieldWorks Messages extension supports quote review and acceptance in iMessage. When online payment is due, it opens Square.

The Customer Portal supports booking changes, estimate approval, invoice payment, appointment history, messages, and referrals.
