Browse available service providers in your area, select one, choose the services you need, add photos if helpful, and submit your request. You'll receive a quote from the provider that you can accept, reject, or request changes to—no commitment required.

After accepting a quote, you can pay securely in the app using Apple Pay or a credit/debit card. Depending on the provider's payment policy, you may pay a deposit upfront, the full amount upfront, or after the job is completed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

FieldWorks is free to start. There are no monthly fees and no lead fees. We charge a 10% FieldWorks fee only when a job is completed and paid in the app. New companies receive a 5% intro rate for their first 90 days.

How do I get paid?

FieldWorks uses Stripe Connect to send payments to your bank account. During setup, you connect Stripe in a few minutes. When a customer pays through the app, your payout is sent through Stripe after processing.

Invite team members from the admin dashboard. Admins use the web portal for requests, quotes, scheduling, messaging, and payments. Workers use the mobile app to view assigned jobs, update status, and upload photos without seeing pricing or payment details.

How do I create and send quotes?

From any incoming request, click 'Create Quote' to open the quote builder. Line items are automatically added based on the services the customer requested, or you can add from your service templates or create custom items. Set the schedule dates, choose a payment policy (deposit required, full upfront, or pay after completion), add tax, and include a message to the customer. Click 'Send Quote' and the customer will be notified instantly.

How do I manage jobs and assign workers?

After a customer accepts a quote, a job is automatically created. From the job detail page, you can assign one or more workers from your team, adjust the schedule if needed, and track progress. Workers receive push notifications when assigned and can update the job status from their mobile app.

Can I issue refunds?

Yes. From the Payments page, you can issue full or partial refunds on completed payments. You can also configure whether deposits are refundable in your organization settings. Refunds are processed through Stripe and the customer is notified automatically.
